Error while compiling

I followed the setup step-by-step and reinstalled everything freshly, but I'am stuck at this error:

I had exactly the same problem as described above.
I started from an new Arduio Installation in Version 1.8.8 and did everything from Beginning:

Iportant that you are using exactly the same Versions like on the Screenshots !!!

That worked for me :)
