Cut down on printing time with a bigger nozzle

I know this won't be news for many of you, but you can cut the printing time in half or even less if you switch to a bigger nozzle. I went from a 0.4 to a 0.8 on my ender 3.

Even though I slowed things down to 30-50 mm/s I managed to get the top part printed in about an hour, the base takes around 3 h. I went to a layer height of 0.3 but I think you could even go to 0.4 without much issue.
The inside looks a bit rougher, but everything still fits.

In addition, my top parts have been more consistent this way because my printbed is not 100% level.
