Anyone got any good recommendations for printing on a Ender 3 using Cura 4.2?  I am using the stock settings and PLA and get good results with the Benchy boat.

Hoping to get good results not he moodlites too.

looks like I am going to have to reduce the size by 3% because my print bed is too small?  Do you think this will be an issue?

looks like I managed to make it fit by squeezing a few more mm from the bed. :-\ :-\ :-\

9 hours later and I found that I printed it up side down  :-[ :-[ :-[

In Cura I needed to flip the STI over, printing again lets see what happens in 9 hours time.

Hello I am also using an ender 3 and have a 22 tile setup.
You can print full size, just rotate the pice slightly and you can make it, also make sure you dont have so skirts stealing your building capacity, I strongly recommend it, otherwise you will have problems fitting the servo cable connectors.
Also for experience I prefer using a 2mm brimm, it hepls prevent warping on big models like this; with PLA is not a big issue, but I have had some on the corners of this project.

About loosing 1 print, don't worry, we all have gone through it.

thanks for the kind words.  Turn out the bar going across the unit holding the hold end was loss and had a bit of play causing shakes and the tiles to be weak on the legs for the lights.  Once the bar was tighter up.  The tiles printed ace.

so far I have managed to printer 7 bottom tiles.

I changed infill to 7% and speed to 75 and infill speed to 150 and then I get a print time of 7 and 1/2 hours.
