Hi all, wondering if anyone can help me. I have uploaded the sketch and spiffs to the esp8266 but now I知 stuck! I have rebooted and then searched my network but nothing痴 showing up. Do I manually add my network and password to the sketch before uploading? There痴 two places where this could go, do I enter the same details in both sections? Sorry for my newbness, be great if anyone could point me in the right direction!

Hey there,

have a look on that, maybe it helps you to get started with this wonderful project:
https://github.com/spigotx/Moodlite/wiki/First-setup-of-Moodlite

If not, just give a shout and we'll get yours running as well ;)

Thanks for the reply LordVader. I followed the wiki and both the sketch and spiffs seamed to upload without trouble. On searching my network on my phone I知 getting the device show up but it痴 name is AI-THINKER_DA0001, not moodlite!! So I知 stuck. Can稚 understand it.

So did you change the SSID name in the Arduino file?

No, I left everything as it is when I downloaded it. Just confirmed that static ip was set to false and then uploaded. I read somewhere here that I didn稚 need to change anything else so i re downloaded the sketch and started again!
